GoldCompass is operated by 10TeQ Inc., Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

By accessing or using GoldCompass, you expressly agree to these Terms.

GoldCompass provides informational analytical tools only.

GoldCompass does not provide investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, brokerage services, execution services, portfolio management, fiduciary services, or guarantees of profitability or market outcomes.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including possible loss of all capital.

Market data, AI-generated outputs, alerts, rankings, probabilities, market summaries, macroeconomic interpretations, news summaries, and analytical outputs may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, interrupted, probabilistic, contradictory, or erroneous.

Nothing within GoldCompass constitutes a recommendation, signal, solicitation, endorsement, or instruction to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset.

Users remain solely responsible for all financial decisions and consequences.

GoldCompass may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue services at any time without liability.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Users may not scrape, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, automate extraction from, overload, exploit, or create competing products from GoldCompass.

All algorithms, AI systems, dashboards, rankings, scores, visualizations, APIs, interfaces, branding, and related systems remain proprietary property of GoldCompass and its licensors.

GoldCompass is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, uptime, profitability, uninterrupted operation, or market suitability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldCompass shall not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, market losses, missed opportunities, liquidation events, emotional distress, API failures, webhook failures, AI errors, notification failures, or reliance on platform outputs.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the greater of CAD $100 or the amount paid during the previous three months.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoldCompass and 10TeQ Inc. from claims arising from misuse, unlawful conduct, trading activity, redistribution, scraping, automation abuse, API misuse, or violations of these Terms.

Where enforceable, disputes shall be resolved individually through binding arbitration in British Columbia, Canada, and users waive class proceedings where legally permitted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada.
